Instructions for the CGU Health Examination for First-year Students

All first-year students (including dual-degree students) are required to have health examination. Students may arrange it by oneself at an approved public or private hospital in Taiwan. Students who fail to complete the health examination will not be able to collect the student ID card. Must submit the report of health examination to the Health Care Section within 1 weeks  after the semester begins.

1. General Examination: Height, weight, pulse, blood pressure, visual acuity test, hearing, mouth cavity, and physical examinations

3. Urine Tests
4. X-Ray Examination
5. Carbon monoxide examination
